In 2003 a fast-developing golf area was opened which offered a driving range with fashionably designed indoor tees and a small clubhouse with refreshment first. There were also putting and chipping green available. Moreover, the area is illuminated, so it is not daylight dependent and when it is cold, there are heated booths for ball hitting. This enables to use this area also in winter months. Subsequently there was a full-value nine-hole circuit created here which is situated in a smaller space but golfers can play classical golf here. The course was standardized and nowadays it acts as an adult.

The total length is 5,118 metres from yellow tees and 4,372 metres from women’s red ones. Par of the course is 70. Its rating advantages golfers with handicap over 18. The longest hole is Nr. 5 with 468, or more precisely 394 metres. It is a long hole gently turning to the left and requiring accurate placing of balls to not very wide fairway surrounded by lines of trees. This hole is the most difficult one, of course. The shortest hole is the final one Nr. 9 with 125, or more precisely 109 metres. There are also a golf academy and chip and putt with nine holes, par 3, with length of 40 to 90 metres. Building of new clubhouse, where golfers can find all the necessary background, was finished a short time ago.

It is good that Prague, as the centre of the Czech Republic, got this small, but still valuable area. You can see, which is a case of both Prague nines, that a course can be created with minimum space when the project is realistic.

The area is a domicile of the Hostivař GC.
