It is a reconstructed farm which is a centre of the whole area containing a reception with a hotel and a restaurant including all necessary background. Successive creation of particular nine-hole circuits brought one of the largest resorts in the Czech Republic. Besides three nines there are, of course, a driving range, training greens and a small academy with six holes. Moreover, tennis courts are available there.

Nine holes of the circuit called Panorama will lead golfers to the right from the central premises where they will go around a small wood in the middle of plains when walking from hole to hole. The last hole of this course ends near the hotel.

The total length of this part is 2,862, or more precisely 2,582 metres and the total par is 36. The longest and most difficult hole is Nr. 4, the only par 5 with length of 505, or more precisely 445 metres. There is also the only hole with par 3 in this part which leads to a chapel at the crossroads near the area entrance. Other holes with length of 329 to 360 metres from yellow tees have par 4. The same applies to women?s tees where these holes are 222 to 329 metres long.

From this nine of holes you can go either to the Jezírka Course or to the St. Ann Course.
