The hilly landscape of Beskydy is specific and the area of golfers’ dreams is specific as well. It is for golfers who want to play, take the fences of the course and win. But it is quite difficult in Čeladná. Not only the Old Course but also the second circuit called the New Course with its traps can prepare some difficult moments for golfers who think that it cannot be worse. Below the majestic mountain peaks reaching height of thousands of meters every golfer tests his limits in an effort to reach good results.
The area is equipped with everything what golfers require. There is a driving range with indoor tees as well as putting and chipping green. The clubhouse with a restaurant provides tired golfers with pep and comfort. In 2003 the “old” course was opened and one year later the New Course was opened. Twelve holes of the new course are situated next to each other. First nine holes are almost on flat but the maliciousness of the hazards placed by an architect requires very good play so that golfers avoid all of them and could honourably go on to the hills.
Hole Nr. 4 is interesting, short par 3 which has green surrounded by three water hazards. Similar situation is on hole Nr. 16. And green behind a water hazard is also on hole Nr. 12 and also on last eighteenth tee for spectators’ fun.
The whole area, which provides pleasures for golfers, also offers other options how to spent leisure time, moreover it is equipped with a comfortable hotel.
