The course bears a penmanship of an English architect who sufficiently took advantage of a broken terrain with much full-grown wood vegetation to create a unique golf stand. The golf course has a classical set of holes, so you can find four times par 5, ten times par 4 and four times par 3.

It is a difficult course which is proved by its rating which adds hits to all golfers with respect to their handicap. There are four tees for each hole and the length of the course is 5,679 metres from yellow tees and women?s red tees are 4,834 metres long. Considering these numbers we could say that there are even longer courses but everything is compensated by the height profile of the course as well as by shaping of particular holes.

Interesting hole is Nr. 6, par 3, which is 116, or more precisely 100 metres long, which is classified as the least difficult one in this course, i.e. its handicap is 18, but its wide and broken green is surrounded by wood and guarded by two bunkers in the front. The fifteenth hole is classified as the most difficult one which is par 5 of 448, or more precisely 378 metres. The fifth hole has the second highest rating, it is par 4 which is 316 and 245 metres long.

The Ypsilon Golf Resort, which is the complete name of the area, offers golfers a driving range and a wide space for practising short play. There is also a modern clubhouse with restaurant available for visitors, including a reception, pro shop and changing rooms for golfers.

The local course is a domicile of the Liberec Ypsilon Golf Resort.
