In the future there should be an area with three golf courses, nowadays there is a temporary nine-hole course. Nevertheless, nowadays golfers can fly here and land right in front of the clubhouse because there is a sports airport for small planes called ultra lights.
There is a nice wooden clubhouse with reception and refreshment available. The course is medium long and very friendly for many golfers. The maximum length is 4,516 metres from white tees. The hole paths are basically direct and if you play on them you will always play from almost flat. On the fairway edges the terrain is gently undulating. The standard of the course is par 66, the longest and most difficult hole is Nr. 4 with 447, or more precisely 383 metres. Interesting hole is Nr. 2 which turns to the right at the end of the path and is finished with a peninsular green. Of course, there are also sand bunkers making the course difficult which is understandable as the sand pit used to be here. There are no water hazards, except one, but balls can get to thickets.
The course of the links type was opened at the beginning of the season in 2005 and it has been offering various kinds of relaxation especially for beginning golfers since. Its rating takes many hits off before you start but it is very good for non-competitive play or match among friends.
