The golf area called Kaskády near Kuřim is located only nine kilometres from Brno limits and subsequently creates conditions for a twenty-seven-hole course consisting of three combinable nine-hole circuits with all necessary background, including a hotel.

The course does not teem with high green vegetation but is well-arranged and thanks to its suitable layout and situation of holes the golfers need not hit balls blindly. There are more water hazards involved in play which complicate life of all golfers on some holes.

The golf course is connected to first nine holes which were created here in the past. The first hole climbs from the clubhouse up the hill and then three holes turn to the left and subsequently climb down to a water hazard. There is a way along particular paths along the water hazard and which further directs up the hill. Subsequently you climb down to the water hazard again and the nine-hole circuit finishes along the other bank of the water hazard near the clubhouse again. The longest hole is the first one which is 473, or more precisely 444 metres long. But it is not the most difficult one. It is hole Nr. 5, par 4, “only” 395 meters long from yellow tees and 342 metres from red tees. The shortest hole from yellow blocks is 120 metres long hole Nr. 3, only 90 metres for women. Even this nine of holes has a classical scheme – there are two holes of par 5, five holes of par 4 and two holes of par 3.

The course is very demanding which is shown by its rating according to which the golfers of all categories are awarded hits.

The golf course in Jinačovice is used by the golfers of the Brno GC.
