The course is over six kilometres long from white tees, otherwise its length is 5,934, or more precisely 5,320 metres and par 72. Although it is situated on the flat with only gently undulating paths of holes, its rating disadvantages golfers of all levels. It is mainly due to water ?malicious spots? which you can meet in this course.

A new modern clubhouse, which suits the local grove, with respect to its simple design, which separates the course from a busy road, has been opened recently. A few indoor tees and driving range and putting green situated on a plateau among trees are well-integrated, too.

The longest, but very easy, hole is Nr. 2 with 500, or more precisely 442 metres. Although it is par 5, its rating is 13. On the other hand, the most difficult hole is Nr. 6, par 5, too, which is only 480, or more precisely 420 metres long and leads along the course in a parallel way with river Elbe. Nr. 3, where you play from tee directly to a holm green, and Nr. 4, with an acute left dogleg, are around wood and along a stream which is crossed by a fairway in front of green, is demanding in terms of good hits are funny holes. Also the seventh hole, where green is freely accessible, but surrounded by water hazards on both sides, moreover there is a high tree on the right which catches all balls hit by golfers trying to shorten their play. Nr. 8 must be played over a water hazard to fairway and further to green; the ninth hole has another water hazard in front of green which catches insufficiently long hits.

The course is very well-conceived and it has certainly found many friends who enjoy quiet playing within eyeshot of the rush of the rest of the world.
