It is not a classical course of the pitch and putt type because the holes are a bit longer. It is a gently overgrown child of short golf play before adulthood but will offer you a full service. The holes are of 87 to 169 metres long and are not easy. Only four holes have identical yellow and red tees, otherwise lengths for men and women are different. The longest "women's" hole is Nr. 7 of 142 metres, the shortest one is, as well as for men, the last ninth hole of 87 metres. All holes have par 3, but it is not always easy to play them according to the standard.

The first hole must be played over a water hazard either to its fairway or directly to green. Also the second hole must be played over water and it is in the play direction in front of the men's tee. The other holes are easier, hole Nr. 6 is narrower and Nr. 7 leads up the hill. The last hole is unfavourable due to a water hazard on the left.

This course, which was created in a former military area as a part of the whole area, offers not only a high-quality play but also an excellent background. Besides the driving range you can find putting green, chipping and pitching areas and green here for practising sand bunkers. In winter months the course is usually open, moreover there was installed a golf simulator on the first floor of the clubhouse, so golfers will not be surprised by anything all year long.

In the course you can meet, besides golfers from other clubs, golfers of the local Resort Paradise Benátky nad Jizerou GC.
